Dalia Tawfik is a cake designer, sugar flower artist and an Instuctor, teaching cake designing skills to students around the world. Dalia is passionate about inspiring young minds, sharing knowledge and creative skills. She considers "Everything is possible" " Love what you do and do what you love" to be vital in pushing one's dream.

Originally from the beautiful Ancient historical country, Egypt as where the invention of cake originated, She is now based in Dubai.

Dalia initiated her professional cake designing journey in 2017.

Academically educated in the field of business administration, started her career as a teacher, eventually becoming a trainer for teachers.

Her experience in teaching coupled with her creative skills, have been crucial in taking her career in cake designing instruction to great levels.

Dalia believes that her work should be unique and created by getting inspired by everything around her. Subsequently, her career has unfolded into a beautiful journey of experimenting with multi mediums and using them to achieve different techniques. Her work is most of the time a piece of art and nothing short of spectacular.

Definitely an exciting highlight of Dalia's caking journey so far is an educational cake show she participated in teaching cake decorating techniques with Fatafeat which is a food television channel, part of Warner Bros.
